    Position Summary

    We are looking for an experienced Product Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building platform products that work for multiple business units’ customer facing products and external partners.

    2.1-3年及以上測試或開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗,有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子商務(wù)技術(shù)性測試或開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
    3.熟悉測試理論與測試方法,對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)質(zhì)量保證領(lǐng)域有強烈的興趣和熱情,能主動(dòng)進(jìn)行技術(shù)鉆研。
    4. 具備一定的編程能力,較熟悉Java/C/C++或各類(lèi)腳本語(yǔ)言中一種。 有Java, Shell或Python/Ruby/Go, Javascript, Selenium WebDriver等使用經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

    職位概括
    This position will assist customers with claims and/or billing issues; inform applicants/customers of underwriting process times, and policy benefits, and acts as the primary point of contact between applicants/customers and health insurance carriers. This person will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service with eHealthInsurance customers.
      本職位主要幫助客戶(hù)處理理賠以及賬單問(wèn)題,通知投保人/客戶(hù)保險審核的時(shí)間以及保單福利, 以及要作為客戶(hù)與保險公司的最首要聯(lián)系人。 本職位要求員工對ehealthinsurance的客戶(hù)負責提供并保持最高標準的客戶(hù)服務(wù)。

    1.Assist inbound customer chat including but not limited to helping customers navigate the web site, understand and explain the application process.
