If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.


Do you provide International delivery?

   We ship internationally via UPS and the U.S. Postal Service... Generally, USPS First Class MailInternational can take anywhere from ten days to three weeks to arrive at the destination country, and customs can take 3-10 days after.

How do i return an item?

Return an item by mailing the item back for a refund within 14 days or an even exchange. You are responsible for return shipping.

What is your returns policy?


We will gladly refund or exchange all unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of your order date when accompanied by the original eReceipt listing the price paid.

How do I track my order?


Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be provided. Follow the link to the couriers website and an update on the status of your merchandise will be provided.

What are your delivery options?


Standard Delivery (5 -7 Days )

Priority Delivery  (2 -3 Days)


All return items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached and accompanied by your receipt. We cannot accept any return item that is not in original, new condition or any return item that is damaged due to:

    •   Soiling or staining (food, lipstick, makeup, bleach, sweat, dirt, etc.)
    •   Wear and tear (ripping, tearing, snagging or other signs of wear)
    •   Odor (perfume, mildew, body odor)

Additionally. We're unable to honor previous sale prices, promotions and/or price adjustments. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is a credit card, debit card and/or gift card with a credit card logo which is not available, a merchandise return credit (MRC) will be issued. Gift items may be returned within 21 days in the original country and division of purchase and in accordance to the Return/Exchange policy.
